• Monitors 10x More Pages – You can test up to 10 web pages or server ports with each monitor you setup.
• Checks TCP & Port Response – Tests your web server’s connectivity by verifying the server’s Port is responding (typically Port 80).

• False Error Protection – Once an error is detected on your web site from one of our test stations, our extensive procedures validate the error before alerting you. Among the many things we do, we immediately test your site a second time from another test station to validate that the error is not caused by local problems with one of our test stations.
• Diagnose Web Site Errors – Once an error is validated, we then analyze the error and identify the cause in as much detail as possible.
• Multiple Alert Contacts – Specify multiple individuals that should be contacted if an error is detected.
• Supported Contact Devices – In addition to email alerts, we currently send alerts to Pagers and Cell Phones that support SMS messaging.
• Unlimited Amount of Alerts – No matter how many times you need to be alerted within any given month, it will never incur additional charges.

• Control Panel – We provide you with a control panel where you can add and remove web pages from our monitoring service, as well as access your reports.
• Over 20 Reports –Analyze your performance data on many different types of charts like Bar, Line, Area, Pie, Scatter, Radar, Surface and Contour graphs. This is a great tool when trying to analyze recurring problems.
• Details Error Logs – View all the information we collected about any error on your site or group similar errors together to look for trends.
• Wireless Report Access – You can also access many of the reports over a web-enabled wireless phone or PDA (like a Palm). This gives you instant access to your reports from anywhere.

• 14 Days Free – Every person that signs up with us gets their first 14 days free. They don’t even have to provide their billing information until those 14 days are expired.
• Automated Credit Card Billing - We will bill your credit card automatically on a monthly basis for your monitoring service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• No Commitments – We do not require that you commit to any amount of time for our service. As a matter of fact, we will even give you a prorated refund if you decide to cancel your service part way through a month.
